O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the petitioners' complaint dated 17.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. It appears that one Vijayakumar suppressed the mortgage of the property and has received a sum of Rs.1 Crore 86 Laksh as advance from the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.77 of 2015.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.77/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
