O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's unnumbered Appeal dated 18.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

3. Since there is no adverse order passed against the private respondents/R4 & R5, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

4. Since the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for simple writ of mandamus to dispose the petitioner's appeal, the first respondent is directed to take the petitioner's appeal dated 18.09.2023 on file if it is otherwise in order. In case, if it is otherwise in order, the first respondent is directed to afford due opportunity of hearing and notice to the writ petitioner, private respondents as well as rival claimants/interested parties, if any, as the case may be and conduct

enquiry and dispose the appeal on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
