C.M.P.No.742 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.2015 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 133 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.J.Micheal Visuvasam, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal.
