This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of condition imposed in Crl. M.P. No.14681 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.20627 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order passed in Crl. O.P. No.20627 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 on condition. The condition was complied by the petitioner from 11.10.2024 and further, he filed a relaxation petition. The condition was modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday until further orders. He has complied the condition from 09.11.2024, 23.11.2024, 07.12.2024 and 21.12.2024. The petitioner is residing at Madurai and hence he finds difficult to comply the condition and prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition on 09.11.2024, 23.11.2024, 07.12.2024 and 21.12.2024. Investigation is not yet 2/4

completed. Hence objected to relax the condition.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, nature of offences, investigation is also not yet completed, the petitioner has complied the condition for some days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition as to "appear before the Economic Offence Wing, Coimbatore on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m. until further orders".
