COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memos made in Se.Mu.Nada.Na.Ka.No.4158/2009/A2 dated 08.03.2011 and Se.Mu.Nada.Na.Ka.No.4662/2009/A2 dated 08.03.2011 issued by the respondent and to quash the same. ORDER

These writ petitions have been filed challenging the charge memo issued to the petitioners regarding the alleged misconduct in taking the temple fund.

2. Mr.Jothimanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner in W.P.No.11024 of 2011 died. So far as the petitioner in W.P.No.11025 of 2011 is concerned, the petitioner is ready to submit his explanation.

3. Considering the above circumstances, the writ petitioner in W.P.No.11025 of 2011 is directed to submit his explanation within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondent is directed to pass suitable orders after giving an opportunity to the petitioner in W.P.No.11025 of 2011 within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four (4) weeks from the date of the petitioner's explanation. Till then, the respondent directed not to disturb the petitioner in W.P.No.11025 of 2011.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition No.11024 of 2011 is dismissed as abated and the Writ petition No.11025 of 2011 is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
