PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in NA 1718/2003/A3 dated 06.03.2012 and quash the same and further, directing the respondents not to initiate any action in the recovery proceedings against the property bearing Survey No.64/11 in Singalandapuram, Thuraiyur, Trichirapalli District measuring to an extent of 48 Ares.
