COMMON JUDGMENT These appeals are preferred against the judgment and decree dated 29.08.1997 made in L.A.O.P. Nos.719, 721 & 723 of 1996 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Hosur.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants on instructions fairly conceded that the connected appeals in A.S. Nos.355 to 359 of 2010 have been disposed of in favour of the respondents / claimants. In short, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the connected appeals preferred by the Land Acquisition Officer in A.S. Nos.355 to 359 of 2010 were dismissed by this Court by order dated 23.01.2020, confirming the judgment of the Land Acquisition Tribunal fixing the market value at Rs.3,05,200/- per acre.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that these appeals can be disposed of in tune with the order passed by this Court in the connected appeals in A.S. No.355 to 359 of 2010. Accordingly, these Appeal Suits are dismissed and the judgment and decree of learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur in L.A.O.P. Nos.719,721,723 of 1996 are confirmed. No costs.
