These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 547 days in filing the petitions to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the appellants in both the appeals (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the appellants (iii) to bring on record their legal heirs in the respective appeals.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in Second Appeal Nos.839 & 841 of 2019 and list the same for final hearing on 28.01.2025.
