ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to direct the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry through CBCID on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2022.

2.

It is seen from the records that already the petitioner approached the learned Magistrate-I, Tambaram, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and the same was dismissed. It was challenged before this Court and the same was also set aside and remanded back to the Magistrate. Once again, after detailed enquiry, the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint in Crl.M.P.No.6124 of 2022 by an order dated 27.10.2022. Once again, the petitioner filed revision petition before this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1476 of 2022 and this Court by an order dated 22.12.2022, granted liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint as contemplated under Section 156 of Cr.P.C., before the Magistrate concerned. However, the petitioner did not file any fresh complainant so far. Now the petitioner sought for direction to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry through CBCID.

3.

Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
