PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to directing the respondent to register the complaint dated 01.06.2015, under Section 294(b), 420, 506(i) of I.P.C., For Petitioner : Mr.R.Balakrishnan For Respondent : Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 01.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that, on a complaint dated 01.06.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.55 of 2015 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry in accordance with law, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

V.Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
