W.P.No.5945 of 1998 W.P.No.5945 of 1998 T.VINOD KUMAR.J., Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.06.2026 directing to reflect the names of Ms.Usha Raman and Ms.Anusri Sanghavi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Anusri Sanghavi, learned counsel appeared before this Court and submitted that the respondent organization comes under the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi, and has been brought under the purview of the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 14 (2) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that subsequent to the issuance of the notification by the Central Government, the present writ petition has been transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal.
