ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to alter the FIR by impleading all the accused persons, make an enquiry and file an additional fresh FIR and to file a final report by considering his representation dated 16.12.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's daughter was given in marriage to one Sivan S/o. mani. later his daughter was murdered. Hence, the complaint was lodged in Crime No.512 of 2021 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 302 IPC. In the FIR, only Mani, father in law of the deceased alone shown as accused. Later, the petitioner found that there are some voice records were available which reveals the active role played by the other accused including Sivan. police but no action has been taken and other accused have not been so far included.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the material produced by the petitioner were received by the respondent police and the same was forwarded to the Judicial Magistrate and the same has been forwarded to the forensic department. After getting the report from the forensic department, appropriate steps would be taken. He further submitted that the accused is still in jail, investigation is progressing in the right direction and the grievance of the petitioner would be addressed. If the involvement of any other person is found, they would also be made as an accused and necessary Sections would be included in the FIR.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
