ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 31.08.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30372 of 2014 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order has been complied with and the representation has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ been disposed of by rejecting the same.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the order is stated to be passed in 2016, copy of the same has not been served on the petitioner.

4.Inasmuch as compliance has been reported, the contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed, in which case, the period from the year 2016 till the service of order on the petitioner shall be excluded while computing the period of limitation.
