ORDER

The ground, on which the petitioner seeks transfer of the proceedings is that the Trial Court have initiated the contempt proceedings against the first accused and in view of the same he apprehends that he may be affected there of. I am unable to comprehend as to how the petitioner is being affected by such an apprehension.
