Mr.T.Ravichandran COMMON ORDER All these three revision petitions have been filed by the plaintiffs in O.S.No.378 of 2018 which is pending on the file of the III Additional District Court at Coimbatore.

2.The limited relief sought for in all the three revision petitions was that a direction may be issued to the learned Judge to entertain, number and pass orders in I.A.Diary No.376 of 2020, I.A.Diary No.378 of 2020 and I.A.Diary No.377 of 2020.

3.I am informed by Mr.AR.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequently all the three interlocutory applications have been taken on file as I.A.Nos.5, 6 and 7 of 2020. I am confident that the 2/4

learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore would be handling the said interlocutory applications in the manner known to law and with due process of law. Hence, no orders are required in the present Civil Revision petitions.

5.Accordingly, all the three Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs. Further, the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore shall dispose of the three interlocutory applications without any unnecessary adjournments and at the earliest. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
