This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 299 days in representing the above Second Appeal in SA.SR.No.13315 of 2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
