PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify one of the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12042 of 2020 in para no.8 of the order is as follows:''Further the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.Number on the file of the Trial Court within sixty days from the date of order to any other document surety''.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify one of the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the condition in paragraph no.8 of the order passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.12042 of 2020, is an onerous one and prays for modification of the same.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may direct the petitioner to deposit the amount, as directed by the Lower Court, within a time frame, as may be fixed by this Court, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no serious objections.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the petitioner to deposit the amount, as directed by the Lower Court, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order in the Website.

5. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
