Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pertaining to proceedings in C.C.No.4 of 2015 pending on the files of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and quash the same against the petitioners.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the above petition, the dispute has been resolved and the cheque amount has been settled to the respondent. He further submitted that due to pendency of the above petition, the case in C.C.No.4 of 2015 could not be withdrawn. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
