..Respondent/Requisition body Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the Judgment and Decree of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri in L.A.O.P. No.23 of 2013 dated 28.04.2018.

DECREE: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of appeal, and the material papers relating to this case, (the Judgment and decree passed by the Subordinate Court, Ponneri) and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J. Balagopal, Special Government Pleader, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.R. Prabhavathy, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, and this Court while allowing this appeal in part and in modification of the award of the Subordinate Court, Ponneri doth order and Decree as follows:

1. That the Respondent herein/Claimant be and hereby is entitled for a sum of Rs. 485/- (Rupees Four hundred and eighty five only) by way of compensation instead of Rs. 585/- (Rupees Five hundred and eighty five only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. That the Claimants be and hereby are entitled to all other statutory benefits viz, the other benefits provided to the Claimant by the Subordinate Court, Ponneri in the above award, do stand unaltered;
