This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 10.12.2018 in E.A(C.F.R) No.42561 of 2018 in E.P.No.238 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.20 of 2015 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Coimbatore. Page NO:1/3
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.06.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 10.06.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. Today(10.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
