ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to consider the petitioner's representation, wherein he seeks for intervention to the alleged unauthorised construction by the respondents 2 to 4.
2. It is brought to our notice that the second respondent herein had died and the third and fourth respondents are his wife and daughter respectively.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that there are two other legal heirs apart from the respondents 3 and 4.
4. Since we are granting a limited relief, by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, the ends of justice could be secured if the authorities in turn will be directed to give opportunities to the petitioner, all the legal heirs, as well as all other interested parties.
5. In view of the above observation, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation or the contentions of the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, directs the first respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2022, if not already disposed of and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, all the legal heirs of the second respondent, as well as all other interested parties, atleast within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
