This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 16.09.2015 in CSR.No.482 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 08.09.2015, it essentially appears to be a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party and therefore, no positive direction can be given to the respondent-police to register an FIR., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
