(CRIME NO.1996/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that petitioners should report before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl.O.P.No.18400 of 2020 on 23.11.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.MEENAKSHI SUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18440 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18440 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18440 of 2020 dated 23.11.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
