The case has been heard through video conference The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been granted bail by the Lower Court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.
