CMP.No.1297 of 2024 in CRP.No.2654 of 2016 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This Civil Revision Petition was closed by this Court on 06.12.2022 on the ground that the main suit was dismissed for default. At that time, this Court had also granted liberty to the petitioner to revive the Civil Revision Petition, in case the suit is restored to the file. It is submitted the main suit is restored to the file now. Therefore, the petitioner has filed application to restore the Civil Revision Petition.

2. In view of liberty granted by this Court earlier, there is no necessity to file the condone delay petition in filing the application to restore the Revision.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed as unnecessary.

3. The Registry is directed to number the restoration application and list the matter on 08.02.2024.
