This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to implead the Principal, Government Arts College (Autonomous) Kumbakonam Pin 612 002 as party respondent in W.P.No.23251 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that newly proposed party is necessary and proper party to the writ petition.

3. Considering the nature of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the proposed party is impleaded as seventh respondent in the writ petition.

4. Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the seventh respondent and seeks time to get instructions.

4. Post the main writ petition on 12.02.2026. The other respondents shall also file counter affidavit in the meanwhile.
