Respondents Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 47 (A) 10 of Indian Stamp Act (II of 1899), to set aside the order dated 16.11.2004 (served on the appellant on 06.12.2004) in No.16051/N.2/2003, in fixing the Market value at Rs.95/- per Sq.ft in T.S.No.33 and Rs.370/- per square in T.S.No.4/1 passed by the 1st respondent. For Appellant : Mr.M.Rajasekhar For R1 & R2 : Mr.S.Dakshayani Reddy for R1&R2 R3 - Given up Judgment The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the entire stamp duty has been paid and document has been received by the appellant, and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be dismissed as Infructuous.
