VIVEKANANTHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition that in para (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders imposed on 14.12.2020 to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19852 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6103 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19852 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19852 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020 dated 14.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
