The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 07.02.2022 in W.P.No.25760 of 2009.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader (Forest) appearing for the Respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 08.10.2024 passed in Proc.No.AB1/62854/2009, before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 07.02.2022, whereupon, the name of the petitioner was included in the Forester panel for the year 1997-1998 and his seniority position in the panel was re-fixed.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order dated 08.10.2024, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. No costs.
