O R D E R
(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, Suganthini, aged about 17 years, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.The alleged detenue, Suganthini, aged about 17 years, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is willing to go along with her parents. present before this Court and they are also willing to take back their daughter/the alleged detenue.
4.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her parents, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition. 5.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
