This Civil Revision Petition arises against the fair and decretal order by the V Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai dated 07.07.2000 made in I.A.No.4507 of 2000 in O.S.No.11695 of 1996 on the file of V Additional City Civil Court at Chennai.

2. When the case was listed on 15.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
