ORDER

The learned standing counsel for the respondent has placed before this Court the order dated 20.06.2024 passed by the respondent in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.17671 of 2020, dated 26.08.2022, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition. Since the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17671 of 2020, dated 26.08.2022, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.06.2024 passed by the respondent referred to supra in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
