The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 09 days in filing the Criminal Revision petition against the C.C.No.73 of 2018 in order dated 27.04.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi.

2. Mr.N.Veerasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1-3 & 5 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 18.04.2024.
