JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Subordinate Judge of Krishnagiri in L.A.O.P.No.131 of 1987 dated 17.10.1996.

2. As early as on 19.10.2012, noting that the appellant had not complied with issuance of notice, this Court had granted time till 08.11.2012 to comply with the requirements.

3. From the Court records, it could be seen that the compliance directed had not been complied with. This Court had already observed that if such compliance is not made before the specified date, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4. As there is no compliance with the said order, this appeal suit is recorded as dismissed. No costs.
