ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.437 2018, dated 28.11.2018 and to file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 28.11.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the respondent to conduct investigation and complete the same and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
