This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021, other than due process of law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by one Kanaga, the petitioner is unnecessarily called for enquiry and harassed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that one Kanaga had lodged a complaint against the petitioner and CSR No.478 of 2021 assigned on 01.09.2021. Both the petitioner and the said Kanaga were called for enquiry on 18.11.2021 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereafter, the complaint has been closed. Now, the petitioner is no more required for enquiry.

4.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
