This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25959 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Wednesday, until further orders.
