This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.16518 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.22116 of 2022 on 04.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
