This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.237 of 2014 dated 17.06.2014, on the file of the respondent police registered for offences under Sections 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.237 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.58 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Polur and the trial is going on.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
