(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.08.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 20 (b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act r/w 8 (c ) of NDPS Act and Section 77 of JJ Act, 2015 in Crime No.247 of 2020 on the file of respondent, seek bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.U.Yuvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
