The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner company by effectively preventing the respondents 4 to 15 and their associates so as to enable the petitioner to run the industry with employees, who are willing to report for work, for the ingress and egress of movement of raw materials, finished goods from and out of the petitioner company's premises at 108/3C Sekampalayam, Naranapuram, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for further relief.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
