O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.17 of 2021 dated 28.09.2021 on his file to file a final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as per the complaint given by him a case in Crime No.17 of 2021 was registered by the respondent/police and that the respondent police has not completed the enquiry and filed a final report.

3. Mr.Meghanathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charge sheet is ready and it shall be filed within a period of two months.

4. Heard the learned counsels and perused the materials available on record.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the charge sheet in Crime No.17 of 2021, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
