PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Impugned Order in No.315/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 31.5.2017 on the file of the second respondent and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the detenue Raja @ Murugesan, son of Narayanan, aged about 49 years, now confined at Central Prision, Puzhal, Chennai, before this Court and set him at liberty.
