Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.525/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners in SC No.107/2016 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, by Judgment and Order dated 09.07.2019 and to release the petitioners on bail, pending disposal of the Crl.A.525/2019.

C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for A2 and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Parthiban, learned counsel stated that he has entered appearance for Sivakumar (A2) and further submitted that he is withdrawing this petition as far as Sivakumar is concerned.
