JUDGMENT

The Appeal suit is filed against the judgment and decree dated 31.07.2007 made in OS.No.39 of 2005 on the file of the court of the Additional District Judge, Puducherry at Karaikal.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died long back and even after intimating to the legal heirs of the deceased appellant, no one has come forward to file petition to implead as legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

3. Accordingly, this appeal suit is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
