Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the tender notification of the respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 4234/ 2018/ E1 dated 22.11.2018 to quash the same in so far as clause 4.1 A (3) and (4) are concerned and to consequently direct the respondent to consider the bid of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed questioning a tender notification issued in Na.Ka.No.4234/ 2018/ E1 dated 22.11.2018.

2.The said tender is with respect to laying of road. It is contended that pursuant to the tender notification, a contractor was appointed, work order was issued, the work had been executed and completed and the general public are using the road. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
