This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner herein on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner herein on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl side) for the first respondent would submit that on the complaint given by one Gnanammal, enquiry was conducted. The petitioner has also given a counter complaint on 11.09.2021. He would submit that since both the complaints https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pertain to civil dispute, the parties were advised to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court. He would further submit that the first respondent also understands that a suit in O.S.No.46 of 2021 is pending between the parties before the jurisdictional court at Cheyyar. He would further submit that the first respondent is not harassing the petitioner. Recording the same, the petition stands closed.
