O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to restrict the 2nd Respondent from conducting Aadi Festival or any other program or function using the temple's name in and around the temple premises till the disposal of the RDO enquiry pending from the year 2013 based on the petitioner's complaint against the 2nd respondent dated 13.09.2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.There appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent, pursuant to which, RDO enquiry is pending. While so, the petitioner has come up with the above prayer.

4.In the opinion of this Court, no such directions can be granted, since civil rights have to be determined only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the civil Court and not befoer the writ Court. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
