ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to grant 15 days parole to the petitioner's husband E.Sathish, S/o. Ilavarsan aged about 26 years (CTNo. 2912) Life Convict Prisoner, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that already leave was granted to the convict and he returned back to the prison, and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
