This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2023 and 08.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation

submitted by the petitioner in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, after issuance of notice to the fifth respondent, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
